No quibble return
You may return any product to us within fourteen days of purchase without giving any reason. Provided that the product is returned, postage paid, in a re-saleable condition with the immediate packaging intact we will offer you the option of either a credit be used against another purchase or a refund by the method the payment was made. You will be either charged or refunded the difference in price between your new purchase and the value of the original purchase as appropriate. You will understand that in these circumstances we can only take into consideration the price of the product when determining the amount of refund and not any delivery costs.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is found to have a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace it with the same title and refund to you the cost of returning the product to us. We will, of course, ship the replacement without any charge.
In the event that we are unable to ship a replacement within seven days we will offer you the option of either a refund by the method the payment was made or a credit to be used against another purchase. In the later case you will be either charged or refunded the difference in price between your new purchase and the amount due in refund as appropriate.
