An amalgamation of three Battlestar Galactica episodes - 'Living Legend (Parts 1 and 2)' and 'Fire in Space' - which were edited together in 1978 to make a feature-length movie. Running low on fuel, the Galactica encounters the Battlestar Pegasus - thought long since destroyed. Its chief, Commander Cain (Lloyd Bridges), is determined to attack the Cylons - but Adama (Lorne Greene) just wants to get his fuel and leave. However, when Cain sabotages the mission to get the fuel, the Galactica has no choice but to join the battle...
