Marine experts Dane Quatrell (Lorenzo Lamas) and Robin Turner (Simmone Jade Mackinnon) are summoned to a secret underwater US military facility in this low-budget thriller. They find that the government has been conducting top-secret experiments, genetically engineering a new breed of super-shark to be used as attack weapons for the US Navy. The only problem is that the sharks have escaped from their facility, and the government need Dane and Robin's expert help to destroy the creatures before they wreak havoc on the Florida coastline.
