Dedee Truitt (Christina Ricci) is a teen-vamp happy to ruffle any number of feathers in her pursuit of pleasure. Arriving at her gay half-brother Bill's (Martin Donovan) home, she wastes no time in seducing his boyfriend Matt (Ivan Sergei), before making off with $10,000 of stolen money.
