Gay coming-of-age romantic drama. In the summer of 1984, high school student Eric (Chris Stafford) and his best friend Maggie (Tina Holmes) take a summer job at a local Ohio amusement park, where Eric meets outspoken gay college student Rod (Andersen Gabrych). Eric is soon experiencing feelings that he has long tried to suppress, and over a long, hot summer, he finds himself coming out of the closet in a way he would never have imagined.
