Made-for-television drama. Off the coast of North Korea, an American submarine is attacked and nearly sunk by a new type of stealth submarine. With two senior officers killed in the attack, Captain Habley (Adrian Paul) faces a court-martial on his return, but is offered a chance to redeem himself by leading a secret mission to place a tap on a North Korean underwater communications cable. Concerned that they are being stalked by the phanton stealth submarine, Habley leads his boat away from Korean waters, only to have command taken from him by new Executive Officer Barker (Matthew St Patrick). When their boat is again attacked, Habley struggles to take back command and unite the crew to fight off their deadly pursuer.
