Low-budget horror, as police detective Hank Holten (Kevin Dillon) goes undercover into the seedy world of underground raves in order to solve the disappearances of several clubbers. Before long Holten has discovered that a cabal of vampires are to blame, and when he delves deeper into the case his superiors become more convinced that Holten has lost his mind. But when Holten is bitten by the head vampire, his quest for justice becomes a race against time to destroy the killers before he loses his soul.
