Stefan Ruzowitzky's sequel to his 2000 thriller 'Anatomie'. Medical graduate, Jo (Barnaby Metschurat) begins his internship at a hospital in Berlin with dreams of helping his brother Willi, who suffers from a rare muscle disease. After taking part in an unauthorised operation on the daughter of one of his colleagues, Jo is asked to join a project run by the charismatic Professor Mueller-Larousse (Herbert Knaup). The project, however, involves carrying out dangerous experiments using the researchers themselves as guinea pigs and, although it looks like he may have found the cure for his brother, Jo's life is very much in danger.
