Documentary following the fortunes of Kaleil Isaza Tuzman and Tom Herman, two childhood friends who make a bid for the big time when they attempt to set up a website which will allow US citizens to conduct all their government business transactions online. The pair seek out venture capital in order to get started, and as word of their plans start to spread, they become poster boys for the New Economy. But problems are just around the corner, including a direct competitor and an office break-in which may be the result of industrial espionage.
