Jenna (Kristy Swanson) works as an assassin for a secret government agency known as the Alpha Section. Her latest assignment is to kill well known television reporter Jordan Roberts (David Dukes), but sensing that there is something underhand going on, Jenna refuses to pull the trigger. However, by sparing the reporter's life she herself becomes a target of Alpha Section's top killer Dalton (Michael Madsen).
